A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom would’ve been practical too. it's a small touch that could improve the experience even further.

the location is decent, though the lighting in the room was shockingly dim, and I cannot believe there are no TVs in the rooms, what kind of hotel is this? I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, seeing as I chose to stay here. absoluteley ridiculous, I almost gave a good review but just coudn’t.

heronshaw house is a lovely place to stay, just minutes from bournemouth airport. the owner, mike, was exceptionally friendly and even let us check in early. the breakfast was freshly cooked, and the house itself has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. it's dog-friendly too, which is a big plus!

Such a cozy place! Our group felt super welcome right from the start. The house is gorgeous with great decor, and we really enjoyed chilling in the common lounge. The breakfast was top-notch too! Just a lil' thing, it would've been awesome to find some biscuits with our tea. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

Impeccable room, delightful shower, with a lovely big walk-in shower that was brilliant and a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi in rooms allowed us to stay connected effortlessly.
